Blood Sweat Drum + Bass is a 26 piece extended big band featuring Danish musicians and composers. The orchestra plays with an overwhelming energy and a unique mix of styles with elements of world music, futuristic rock and triphop – expanding the big band concept and crossing musical border. In this way they are reaching new (and young!) audiences.
Oslo-born Alvah has a distinct sound, blending art pop, alternative rnb and electronica with raw emotive lyrics. Norwegian Alvah draws her presence from the mystical mountain forest and twists it around the humid, crowded and bursting city life, combining the two energies. Her music creates a penetrating and captivating universe, with her raw and haunting vocals leading you straight to her core.
giddy goye creates energetic pop music with attitude and confidence that will make it hard for you to stand still. Her music blends trippy synth layers, crisp jazz chords, hard-hitting beats, and her distinctive vocals. giddy goye’s songs explore love for men and women, herself, new and old friends, and most importantly, her passion for her musical dreams.
If you were asked to point out an artist who personifies the 2020’s ideals of self-love, female empowerment and artistic independence, the arrow should land on Ju Kaia. Accompanied by a rarely original soundscape, best described as a hybrid of lively soul and sensitive R’n’B spiced with momentary detours to Lofi hip-hop and big pop, her personality strikes right in the heart. Her music mirrors her personality: Colorful, honest and a little cheeky.
